Membership Application
Purpose of the Membership Program
To expand the Association’s membership base in order to achieve its mission and vision.
To activate the role of members in fulfilling the Association’s objectives and ensuring the sustainability of its programs and services in the best possible way.
To enhance the Association’s financial resources through annual membership contributions.
Loss of Membership
A member loses their membership in the Association under any of the following circumstances:
Death.
Voluntary withdrawal through a written request.
Loss of any of the membership eligibility criteria.
Causing material or moral harm to the Association, as determined by the Board of Directors.
Failure to pay the membership fee for two consecutive fiscal years after being notified via a letter sent to the address on record.
Except for the first two cases (death or withdrawal), the loss of membership requires a decision by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors may reinstate the membership if the member pays the outstanding dues.
Neither the member, their heirs, nor those who lost membership are entitled to reclaim any payments made to the Association, including membership fees, donations, or gifts, whether in cash or in kind, regardless of the reason.
General Membership Requirements
Must be a Saudi national.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be fully legally competent.
Must not have been convicted of a crime involving honor or integrity unless rehabilitated.
Must have paid the minimum annual membership fee.
Types of Memberships
Affiliate Member
Annual Fee: SAR 300
Not entitled to attend meetings or run for the Board of Directors.Regular Member
Annual Fee: SAR 500
Entitled to all rights, including attending meetings and running for the Board of Directors.Supporting Member
Donations: SAR 100,000 or more
Entitled to voting rights proportional to the amount of support provided.
